Seminars are available in oils and acrylics, and in theory or project oriented subject matter. All major carriers fly into the Albany Co. Internationl Airport, a 20 minute ride to motels. Please contact Arlene for additional information. It has always been my dream to offer classes with a more "artsy" studio approach where there would be a 20- 30 minute explanation, demonstration; some of the topics being: light source, shadows, identifying what's wrong, color, and any topic you would like to explore. My goal would be to give you more freedom and confidence to pursue your own interests. The rest of the class you would be free work on any project you wanted and I would help you work through the areas you are finding difficult or your stumbling blocks. Dates: September 10, 24, October 1, 15, November 5, 12, and make up class on the 19th.. Morning classes will be held from 9:00a.m. -2:30p.m. with a ˝ hour lunch break. Cost - 5 weeks $150.00 This fall the focus will be on Intensity Control. You are free to work on the chosen projects or a project of your choice. The choice of medium, oils or acrylics, would be up to you. The Princetown Town Hall has worked out really well for classes, the lighting is great, it's large, has a kitchen and convenient to the NY State Thruway exit 25 A.
